What is an Unincorporated Nonprofit Association (UNA)?

An Unincorporated Nonprofit Association is a lawful organizational structure that can be used to

hold and protect assets that are not subject to federal income taxation. While federal employees

are required to be income taxpayers, they may still utilize a UNA to protect qualifying assets.

What is a Revocation of Election (ROE)?

A Revocation of Election (ROE) is an affidavit that cites IRS codes and statutes to formally

declare the revocation of a voluntary election to participate in the federal income tax system.

Any American national may complete this process, except for individuals who are employed by

the federal government.

How long does the process take?

Once you enroll, your Revocation of Election is typically prepared within one (1) business day.

If you select a pre-registered name for your UNA, the documentation is also provided within

one (1) business day.

If you choose a custom name for your UNA, registration generally takes 7–10 business days.

For W-2 employees, changes may be reflected as quickly as the next payroll cycle.

What is your refund or cancellation policy?

Due to the custom nature of the documentation prepared for each client, all sales are final and
