General FAQs
We provide complete documentation packages designed to help clients establish income
tax–exempt status at both the state and federal levels. Our services also include the preparation
of all required paperwork to form an Unincorporated Nonprofit Association (UNA), along with
ongoing guidance and support throughout the entire process.
An Unincorporated Nonprofit Association is a lawful organizational structure that can be used to
hold and protect assets that are not subject to federal income taxation. While federal employees
are required to be income taxpayers, they may still utilize a UNA to protect qualifying assets.
A Revocation of Election (ROE) is an affidavit that cites IRS codes and statutes to formally
declare the revocation of a voluntary election to participate in the federal income tax system.
Any American national may complete this process, except for individuals who are employed by
the federal government.
Once you enroll, your Revocation of Election is typically prepared within one (1) business day.
If you select a pre-registered name for your UNA, the documentation is also provided within
one (1) business day.
If you choose a custom name for your UNA, registration generally takes 7–10 business days.
For W-2 employees, changes may be reflected as quickly as the next payroll cycle.
Our services are designed to benefit a wide range of individuals, including W-2 employees,
1099 contractors, and business owners. Anyone seeking greater understanding, structure, and
control over their financial and organizational affairs may find value in our offerings.

we do not offer refunds or cancellations. We strongly encourage anyone who is interested to
